Flying Birds Projects was selected as the main contractor for the development of Polokwane Business Park, a modern commercial complex designed to provide premium office space for businesses in the region.
The project involved construction of multiple office buildings, parking facilities, landscaping, and all associated infrastructure. Our team managed the entire construction process from site preparation to final handover.
Scope of Work
- Construction of 3 office buildings (total 5,000 sqm)
- Underground parking for 200 vehicles
